We all know that AOL sucks. It’s the worst service ever, worst software ever. Not many people know how bad of a company AOL actually is. Here’s a recorded call by somebody wanting to cancell their account. The AOL rep argues with him about cancelling the account, and is flat out rude. This is something that probably happens quite a bit there. They will go to great lengths to keep your account, even if it means not really cancelling your account when you ask them too. I have known some people who have continued to be billed for an AOL account after calling to cancel multiple times.

If you use AOL, please get rid of it.
