Got the PSD from the designer for Sammiching. We’re getting it all put into code now (I’m failry new with divs, so this is a good learning experience for me). Also got the user system built up, and just adding a few features (messages, friends, etc). Closed testing should begin in a week on the user system, messages, friends, other features. After that we’ll be testing the sammich system (which is currently being built). The design looks freaking awesome, and I have so many great ideas for this site.

I am very exicted about this site. I haven’t seen a site like this before, yet I was just browsing Flickr yesterday of sandwich pictures, there are so many. Everybody has something to say about their favorite sammich, whether they made it themselves, or bought it somewhere. Everybody wants to share their sammich, so that all may experience and enjoy it. Everybody I have talked to is very excited about this site. If it is done right, then this will be a big hit, everywhere.

If you are interested in helping with this project, then I am very interested in your help. If you have designed with divs before, done php coding, do graphics, or even love sandwiches, I would love your help. I need people to help code and lay out the design. I need icons, graphics, etc. I also need plenty of people with great sandwiches to help with testing the system. By testing the system, we will also be filling the site with sammiches.
