Doing the Dew, Old School Style

So I watched the first two episodes of the new Fox show, On the Lot. I thought it was going to be a really cool show. They showed what was behind these people trying to make their films, and sometimes failing horribly. But now that we’ve gotten to the third episode, it’s just another American Idol. They don’t show any behind the scenes stuff, they just show some short films these people have made. The hostess is pretty much a moron. The people making this show aren’t very good at editing, and they need to control their crown a lot better. They clap way too much into the dialog. The judges so far just seem stupid, but they were a lot better in the first two episodes.
I was hoping this was going to be a really cool show, but I won’t be watching it anymore.

Argh! Everyone is giving up on the show! I can completely understand why, believe me, but it’s just… isn’t it the first show on a network besides Bravo that is encouraging and rewarding creativity, instead of defining talent as repeating choreography or Stevie Wonder songs?
Last night’s results show was a complete abomination, but why can’t they make it more like The Apprentice and less like American Idol??? Bleargh.
there are way too manny tv shows out there and everyone is making a fuss about all of them, even on the news. people are obsessed with tv shows, they need to occupy thier time by blowing things up instead.
