Doing the Dew, Old School Style

If you host your own Wordpress blog, WP Super Cache is a must have plugin. Many users of Digg and Fark constantly complain about Wordpress blogs because they cause a server to go down when heavily visited. Many Wordpress users don’t know that this is an easy problem to fix!
Instead of getting your site suspended by your webhost and losing out on tons of traffic, just get WP Super Cache. It is a plugin built from the original wp-cache 2 that improves on many things. I don’t really know all exactly how it works, but in the standard configuration it will keep your website up during heavy usage. And you can even lock it down more so new comments don’t cause the cache to be rebuilt. Download it, use it, be happy.

Great tool! Thanks for posting about it. I can’t imagine losing my whole blog and all its contents.
Thank you for your comment!
Some kind of caching system is just so vital when running a wordpress blog. You should also remember to always keep constant backups of your site. Just in case something happens: a host shuts down or suspends your website, server security is compromised, server hardware fails, or a natural disaster of some sort. A backup means you can quickly move and be back up and running.
