Doing the Dew, Old School Style
From this day, random people who comment on dewknight.com have the chance to win 50 Entrecard Credits! Each couple of days I will go through my comments on all posts and randomly give some people 50 EC’s just as a thanks for commenting on my blog.
Make sure you have your blog as your url when commenting so that I can find you and give you credits!
Also it’s not for commenting on this post, but overall on my blog. Go ahead and comment on this one, but most people who only comment on this post won’t get credits.
Not gonna have time to do much updating or internet work this week. I’ve got a bunch of other stuff to do. Finalizing school classes / funding. Writing a new awesome feature length film that we came up with. And Camp! Our youth camp is this week. I’m videoing everything.
So don’t expect to see any new posts this week. I won’t be able to drop many Entrecards as well (sorry guys!)
This is an amazing video by Milestone Youth Group performing a drama to the song “Everything” by Lifehouse

I’ve stumbled across a great little series on the Celtx Blog about filmmaking. Anybody who makes or is interested in making movies should check this series out. Built around Celtx media pre-production software, Motion Sketches is an online video series that explores contemporary approaches to media production development. From the big screen to the mobile screen, from live-action to the virtual camera - Motion Sketches presents a range of highly practical perspectives on developing a media project from concept to production - screenplay, design, story, development and delivery.
Watch all the episodes on Blip.tv. And if you don’t already use Celtx, get it. Celtx is free, all-in-one pre-production software used by over 250,000 media creators worldwide to write and collaborate on film and video and media of all kind.
I just finished my first major PHP website in 2+ years. It’s been forever since I’ve used PHP but I fell right back into it once I started again. It’s taken me a while to get this website done because of various other things that came up. I’ve been working a lot on it (and completely scrapped everything and remade it once). I’m very relieved that it’s finished and ready for testing by the owners.
This site has been taking a ton of my time, so now I should be able to get back into blogging and making videos. I’m trying to work on a few different ideas right now. Some church stuff, some secret project stuff, and some of my own stuff. I want to start filming a lot more now that I have the time.
I also might need to find a temp job for cash income. I’ve been doing a little computer stuff on the side, but don’t know if I have the time to completely dedicate to building that up. Plus I want to move to Colorado Springs like right now, so I need to be able to pay my way.
Still trying to think of those last couple of college classes. Gotta pick them up quick before everything runs out!
I’m trying to sign up for some more college classes for the fall semester. I need to be at least full time and I’m having trouble finding the classes I want. See, the problem is that I’m not going to college for the degree, but the information. I only want to take classes that interest me and that will benefit me.
I took some television classes last fall, and a few business classes in spring that I had to withdraw from due to medical stuff that happened. I like TV and video stuff, as well as business stuff. I’m just having a hard time finding classes that I actually want to take.
I have 7 credits now with an Accounting and English class, which means I need 5 more credits to be full time. Can anybody suggest some other classes to take? I’ll be at PPCC this semester.
