Doing the Dew, Old School Style

I’ve stumbled across a great little series on the Celtx Blog about filmmaking. Anybody who makes or is interested in making movies should check this series out. Built around Celtx media pre-production software, Motion Sketches is an online video series that explores contemporary approaches to media production development. From the big screen to the mobile screen, from live-action to the virtual camera - Motion Sketches presents a range of highly practical perspectives on developing a media project from concept to production - screenplay, design, story, development and delivery.

Watch all the episodes on Blip.tv. And if you don’t already use Celtx, get it. Celtx is free, all-in-one pre-production software used by over 250,000 media creators worldwide to write and collaborate on film and video and media of all kind.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
I found a place that has a few episodes of the awesome comedy/drama created by Aaron Sorkin: Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Aaron Sorkin also created Sports Night and The West Wing.

Veoh has a few episodes so far, and I suspect that more will be put online soon. You have to download the Veoh TV player to watch the full episodes, but it’s free and it’s actually pretty cool. Watch Studio 60 on Veoh now.
